In this position, you will provide software development process and project management for the RTD team (Real Time Domain) within the IVI Team (In-Vehicle-Infotainment Team), focusing on the Platform aspect of the development. The main topics to cover will be UWB, Bluetooth, NFC, BLE, Power Modding, FuSa items, Ethernet Switch and Cyber Security. You will identify potential risks in development and assess program impact, work with Engineering managers to mitigate risk. You will also be responsible for cross-functional and cross-team coordination and communication to help deliver committed project outcomes. You will work closely with software engineers, system engineers, testing engineers, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle. You will manage project schedules, identify blockers, potential issues and incongruencies, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders. You will lead external vendors on timelines and deliverables and take responsibility for milestone coordination between internal and external releases. You will drive several technical projects across vehicle software domains, helping set priorities for engineering.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • 15+ years of experience in project, program or product management in software.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development or testing.

  • M.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • M.B.A.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Scrum master Certification.
  • Experienced in using JIRA, Jama and Confluence.
  • Experience negotiating with hardware and software vendors.
