About The Position

Dexcom’s Americas Program Management team turns strategy into coordinated commercial execution. The Sr Staff Program Manager brings together cross-functional partners to deliver product launches, market expansions, and key initiatives across the Americas region. The role manages assigned commercialization programs, launch workstreams, feature releases, portfolio initiatives, and product lifecycle transitions. The position develops and maintains integrated commercial readiness and launch plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, dependency logs, dashboards, and program updates. It coordinates work among functions and regional and country stakeholders, facilitates working meetings and readiness check-ins, and tracks deliverables, ownership, dependencies, decisions, and critical-path activities. It supports readiness across pricing and market access, product setup, distribution, order-to-cash, forecasting, supply planning, sales enablement, customer support, and marketing deployment. Working downstream of product readiness teams, the program manager identifies and helps mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints that could affect commercial readiness. The role also partners with regional marketing and country teams on localization, launch sequencing, regional priorities, and global timeline dependencies; reports program health and resource or budget impacts; and contributes to improved launch frameworks, playbooks, tools, governance routines, and best practices. The primary location is a home office, with no assigned workstation; the employee works with their manager to determine office visit needs and must live within commuting distance of an assigned Dexcom site, typically 75 miles/120 km. Travel is required 15–25%.
