About The Position

As a Senior Specialist, Paid Marketing, you will play a key role in driving growth across a portfolio of leading entertainment brands, including Fandango, Fandango at Home, and Rotten Tomatoes. You’ll execute and optimize data-driven, multi-channel paid media campaigns that shape how millions of consumers discover and engage with movies and entertainment. This role sits at the intersection of media, technology, and performance marketing—partnering closely with leadership to inform strategy while owning execution across major platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. Your work directly impacts audience growth, engagement, and revenue by unlocking insights, scaling high-performing campaigns, and continuously improving marketing efficiency against key business KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing
  • Strong expertise in PPC principles, tools, and campaign optimization methodologies
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms aligned to business goals
  • Analyze campaign performance, conduct deep dives, and identify actionable insights to improve efficiency and scale
  • Partner with performance marketing leadership to develop and refine paid media strategies
  • Launch campaigns end-to-end, including research, audience development, competitive analysis, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative, and measurement
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform innovations to continuously enhance performance
