This job establishes relationships and provides consultation to stakeholders to address learning and development needs. You will execute the learning roadmap to support business priorities, utilizing data analysis to identify performance trends and drive improvements. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives, coordinate with team members on project planning and evaluation, and lead the design of instructional materials. You will also provide feedback and coaching to designers and stay updated on current instructional delivery trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs, applying adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles to create programs that address specific learner needs.
• Identify the most suitable formats for training materials based on learner needs, and lead the creation of targeted, engaging content that aligns with learner experience design and program objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the learning program development process, gathering program requirements and translating them into strategic, impactful learning programs that align with organizational goals.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs align with business objectives, adjusting approaches as needed to meet evolving needs and ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning programs, implement continuous improvements, and identify the most suitable learning technologies and methodologies to enhance program delivery and learner engagement.
