Sr. Specialist, IT Security (Infrastructure)
About The Position
The position is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing optimization of L3Harris air gapped network infrastructure across office and operational environments. This role owns the day-to-day operation and health of network systems, leads troubleshooting of connectivity and security issues, and drives infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The position works closely with Security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure services. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with enterprise-grade networking platforms, a strong foundation in network security and VPN technologies, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision while contributing to a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
- Experience with Infrastructure Management, including Aruba Switch Management, ClearPass Administration, Cisco VPN Management.
- Experience with Infrastructure Security.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience with Windows Networking, including Account Management and File Share Management.
- Experience with Linux Administration: Red Hat 9.x
- Certifications are a plus but not required.
- Project Management skills are a plus.
