About The Position

Responsible for creating a solution for the complete product end to end – technically and commercially. Identify customer needs in context of the solution. Develop and maintain a product development roadmap to deliver features and functions. Ensure alignment with the overall internal program and supplier milestones. Track project tasks, workflow, priorities, and timing. Review available solutions and propose improvements in technology and/or customer experience. Liaise with the styling and concept teams to create innovative solutions for engineering and in-vehicle user experience. Ensure maintenance and support for the solution over the development, testing and release phases Circle back to review requirements from an end user perspective. Strong knowledge of JIRA or similar project tracking systems. Background in infotainment audio and antenna product development a plus.

Requirements

• Relevant degrees such as bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Automotive SW Engineering (especially Digital Cockpit)
• Minimum 8-12+ years of product/project management experience
• Exceptional work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, communication, collaboration, innovation, ownership, ability to develop & mutually thrive in working relationships.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in platforms, variants, module selection and modification in the automotive industry is desired.
• Exposure to Automotive technologies in Android Automotive, Vehicle Electronics, AUTOSAR, Telematics, ADAS / AD, Analytics, Cloud / Backend, Validation and Verification is desired.
• Knowledge of regulatory authorities with jurisdiction over the automobile industry & safety regulations
• Strong knowledge of JIRA or similar project tracking systems.
• Background in infotainment audio and antenna product development a plus.
