L3Harris Technologies•Nashville, TN

About The Position

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at L3Harris ForceX serves as the Product Owner and liaison between customers and the development team. The BSA sets the product vision, prioritizes and accepts team work, and communicates customer requirements and feature requests to software developers. The role works closely with Systems Engineers, Solution Architects, and software engineering teams to break customer requirements into work items; partners with Program Managers to track product delivery; and creates and maintains a Release Plan. BSAs are assigned to one or more programs and interface directly with customers, stakeholders, and vendors. They maintain operational, high-level knowledge of the software product and how it interfaces with the overall system, and may support technical customer meetings, integration events, and ground or flight test events. The BSA ensures that an operational Software Integration Laboratory (SIL) is maintained to support iterative development and testing. At the Senior Specialist level, the BSA brings experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, or significant experience in a related industry. The Senior Specialist helps team members understand how the software product integrates on the SIL, maintains a strong working knowledge of the system as a whole, builds effective working relationships across the team and organization, and leads software development teams in day-to-day product development activities. The role is contingent upon program award.
