The Senior Specialist, Account Management is responsible for supporting the Manager, Account Management by assisting with print and digital projects (e.g., brochures, emails, etc.), strategy sessions, brainstorms and account planning. The Senior Specialist, Account Management is also responsible for the day-to-day process associated with reviewing project milestones to ensure deadlines are met, obtaining approvals on all creative assets, ensuring that assets are delivered or approved on time, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
