Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success sourcing senior and executive-level talent for highly technical or niche domains, ideally within data centers or digital.
  • Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, market mapping, competitive intelligence, and the use of modern sourcing platforms and tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner strategically on complex, high-impact roles.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skills suited for senior-level and passive-talent outreach.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and metrics-driven, with experience using data to guide sourcing strategies and track pipeline effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies tailored to executive-level and digital and technical talent needs.
  • Conduct deep market and competitive research to identify ideal target profiles, industry trends, and emerging talent pools.
  • Partner closely with talent acquisition partners, HR business managers, and hiring leaders to understand complex role requirements and organizational priorities.
  • Build and maintain executive talent pipelines using a wide range of sourcing channels, including market mapping, networking, databases, and industry-specific communities.
  • Identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates, applying strategic outreach and personalized communication.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess technical expertise, leadership capability, and alignment with role expectations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior-level candidates to support long-term engagement and succession planning efforts.
  • Provide timely communication and coordination throughout the recruitment process to ensure a best in class candidate experience.
  • Document sourcing activities, candidate insights, and pipeline progress with accuracy and detail.
  • Continuously assess and refine sourcing methodologies, sharing best practices and innovations with the broader team.
  • Stay current on industry developments, data-center workforce trends, and executive-level recruitment strategies.
