About The Position
The Sr. Solutions Developer position contributes primarily to the success of the change management, software development, and software quality procedures. This position is expected to take on more accountabilities related to Project Management, Resource Management, Process Improvement, and Leadership. It is expected that this position receives mentoring by their own request for their primary accountabilities and a significant amount of mentoring from more senior team members for the new areas.
