Conga is seeking a Sr. Services Sales Manager to support the selling and negotiation of complex services engagements for Conga Revenue Lifecycle solutions. This role involves maximizing business value from existing implementations and guiding teams through the sales process to closure. The position requires subject matter expertise on all Conga solutions and services, with training provided. The Sr. Services Sales Manager will undertake detailed discovery and scoping sessions, create customer-facing deliverables like proposals and Statements of Work, and present these to C-Level Executives. They will also negotiate and build customer relationships, demonstrate subject matter expertise, and act independently to define deal strategies. Collaboration within a POD (AEs, BAMs, CS, Partners) is essential for executing sales strategy, territory and account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, and forecasting. The role involves driving deals internally across multiple departments (sales, legal, finance, delivery) and managing deal strategy and risk, utilizing Salesforce and other tools for tracking and forecasting. Understanding deal financials and contributing to regional and company goals is also key.
