About The Position

Lucid Motors is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Lucid Service’s NPI team. The ideal candidate would be proficient in project management and have a background in New Product Introduction. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment. This program manager will manage a subset of vehicle sub-systems for Lucid’s Service organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of automotive experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to organize and drive continuous program improvement
• Exceptional ability to interface and collaborate with individuals, groups, and suppliers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background
• Startup experience focused on early service program development
• Automotive aptitude for vehicle sub-system parts and manufacturing
• PLM Experience (Delmia or equivalent)
• ERP knowledge to systematically manage product master data and configurations
• Supply Chain knowledge for Service lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Service Bill of Materials (SBOM)
• Review engineering changes and documentation to verify serviceable component impact
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Field Operations to identify opportunities for Service improvements
• Manage change implementation and part effectivity through PLM platforms
• Cascade engineering changes to downstream field data sources (parts catalog, service manual, etc.)
• Coordinate serviceability validation for introduction of new serviceable parts with Design Engineering and Mechatronic technicians
• Support Service Supply Chain teams to ensure a healthy supply strategy is implemented prior to product launch
• Document end to end part supersession for all serviceable parts in our ERP database
• Deploy and monitor inventory strategies to ensure the End-of-Lifecycle of parts are adequately supported in the field
• Provide field support with parts escalation inquiries
