TELUS Digital is seeking a Senior Manager – Systems Engineering (NA) to drive client engagement, account growth, and delivery excellence across enterprise systems. This client-facing, consulting-led role balances technical leadership with strategic account influence, discovery workshops, and managed services oversight. The Senior Manager will: Lead end-to-end delivery across North America while coordinating with global teams in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive clients, translating business needs into scalable, reliable technology solutions. Mentor and develop delivery managers, architects, and engineers while promoting best practices in systems engineering and managed services. Contribute to practice evolution, account growth, and the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices. Key Outcomes Successful delivery of enterprise systems engineering and managed services programs. Trusted advisor status with assigned clients, enabling account growth.
