Zayo is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Service Delivery team to manage Lit and Dark Fiber services for our Carrier Wholesale Customers. This role involves end-to-end project ownership, including managing project initiation, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, and overseeing internal and external project teams. The position also requires budget ownership, including monitoring, forecasting, and gap closure planning. The Senior Project Manager will perform daily operational tasks, work cross-functionally, manage reports and dashboards for forecasting and metrics, and orchestrate communication regarding project dependencies, timelines, milestones, and progress. This role partners with Sales to improve customer service strategies and provides performance metrics and analysis for customer business reviews. The TPM acts as the 'Voice of the Customer,' providing project feedback and developing corrective action plans. Collaboration with sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations, and field operations is essential. Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or internal team engagements.
