About The Position
Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join our team! The Sr. Scrum Master is an enthusiastic, driven contributor who is responsible for leading an Agile team that plan, commit, develop, and deploy together. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the team achieve their goals and objectives by removing impediments, facilitating team meetings and events, and fostering an environment for high performance. The Scrum Master coaches and mentors the team on best practices and drives relentless improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Information Systems, or other relevant technical field of study preferred.
- Scrum Master or Product Owner Certification required.
- Release Train Engineer and SPC Certification preferred.
- 7+ years as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Product Owner experience required
- 3+ years working on large scale corporate initiatives that span multiple product teams required
- Experience working in Healthcare, PBM preferred
- Understanding of agile at scale philosophies or methodologies
- Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Rally, Azure DevOps
- Experience in a scaling agile
- Agile Transformation
- Experience leveraging and interpreting agile metrics.
- Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources and uses that information to develop insights on train’s status.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate large planning events.
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Nice To Haves
- Release Train Engineer and SPC Certification preferred.
- Experience working in Healthcare, PBM preferred
Responsibilities
- Guide the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and opportunity, support with useful team performance metrics.
- Facilitate and participate in team events.
- Work closely with Product Owners and team to deliver value and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in Scrum Master Community of Practice and help the Scrum Master community achieve a higher level of maturity.
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters in the fundamentals of Scrum/Agile methodology and mindset
- Participate in Train level events.
- Coach team members in agile best practices
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
- Other duties as assigned
