Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

  • college degree preferred
  • Customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L) and manage requests through the Media Request System.
  • Review batch records for data integrity.
  • Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory.
  • Perform equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting).
  • Suggest and implement process improvements.
  • Support onboarding and training new team members.
