About The Position

McKesson Canada is seeking a Sr. Salesforce CRM Development Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions. This role focuses on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while supporting broader CRM capabilities across Experience Cloud and Field Service.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven experience leading development efforts and delivering complex CRM solutions
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and CRM data models
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with business, product, and architecture teams
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience mentoring and coaching developers
  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high-quality solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, development, and implementation
  • Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
  • Establish and enforce development standards, architecture patterns, and integration approaches
  • Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions
  • Manage technical delivery execution including timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams
  • Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
  • Support Experience Cloud solutions (customer and partner portals)
  • Contribute to delivery and integration of Field Service capabilities
  • Guide integration of CRM platforms with enterprise systems and downstream applications
