The CRM Specialist, Salesforce will be a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office in Smyrna, GA. The purpose of the CRM Specialist role is to ensure Salesforce is effectively leveraged as a core business platform supporting sales execution, customer management, data quality, and data-driven decision-making across the United States Sales Area. This role combines structured Salesforce ownership with active contribution to the continuous evolution of sales processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks. Acting as the primary interface between Sales, Commercial Management, Finance, and Customer Master Data Management teams, the CRM Specialist ensures Salesforce remains aligned with business priorities, scalable for future needs, and capable of supporting operational excellence.
