About The Position

SiTime is the Precision Timing company, providing MEMS-based timing solutions that deliver greater accuracy, smaller size, and resilience compared to traditional quartz devices. Their semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set enabling higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability, with over 4 billion devices shipped. The company is seeking a qualified Sales account manager to drive over 30% year-over-year growth in the East region, primarily focusing on industrial and personal electronics. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Requirements

  • BS Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 10 years Field Experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts through research and networking. Activities include program management, account development and establishing and maintaining key relationships for new and existing accounts. Meet assigned revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain relationships for new and existing accounts in order to protect and grow existing business opportunities. This includes developing key account plans to align resources to support company growth objectives with major customers/opportunities.
  • Identify the need for new products. Work with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D to assist in new product development initiatives targeted to the needs of the key account(s).
  • Generate both short-term and long-term rolling forecasts for revenue and product / volume mix.
  • Give input to the marketing group to support the goal of establishing and implementing promotional, advertising, and communication strategies for key markets.
  • Benchmark our products with the competition from a technical and business perspective. Monitor competitive TAM and identify opportunities to grow share
