About The Position

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, a business unit of Jacuzzi Group, is seeking a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to support its Outside Sales Representatives in the Greater Houston area. The role manages the day-to-day sales process and implementation for an Outside Sales team, with responsibility for driving sales revenue and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture. The Sr. Sales Manager also participates in recruiting, hiring, team development, training, and performance management. Compensation is $100,000+ based on experience, plus uncapped monthly bonus potential based on revenue and the team’s net closing percentage.

Requirements

At least 7 years of sales experience, with 5 years in sales management.
Experience in direct-to-consumer, home improvement, or One-Call Close sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Bath industry experience is highly preferred.
Outside sales, in-home sales, or home improvement sales experience is preferred.
Salesforce experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate a collaborative team culture.
Manage sales revenue through proper planning so the team is equipped to achieve Net Sales objectives.
Participate in ongoing training for team members.
Execute performance plans to cultivate team members’ growth.
Participate in ongoing ride-alongs with team members.
Manage and monitor cancelled projects and call customers to potentially save projects.
Participate in recruiting, hiring, team development, and performance management.
