MarketStar is looking for a Sr. Sales Manager to support our Flex team based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Flex (getflex.com) is a growth-stage FinTech company on a mission to improve the rent payment experience. By allowing users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that aligns with their personal finances, Flex empowers renters with flexibility over their largest recurring expense. The Growth Acceleration Team is a dedicated, high-impact unit built to experiment, validate, and scale new go-to-market strategies for Flex's SMB segment. Unlike traditional account management or standard inbound sales, this team focuses on testing new, unverified lead sources with data-driven rigor, documenting what works, establishing baseline performance, and producing clear go/no-go recommendations. Your role as a Sr. Sales Manager is to lead a highly skilled team of experienced hunter reps, instill a culture of rigorous documentation and high-volume phone execution, analyze performance data to synthesize experimental outcomes, and deliver strategic recommendations directly to client leadership.
