About The Position

Adobe's Creativity & Productivity organization is establishing a new global segment focused on large, fast-growing customers. This role is part of the founding leadership team, driving customer engagements with Adobe's innovations in areas like Gen AI and creative efficiency. The position is for a Manager of Corporate Segment Sales, Americas, within the Creativity & Productivity (C&P) division. As a first-line manager, you will oversee a team of Account Managers responsible for Adobe's C&P revenue from key customers. This leader will set an example, empowering, measuring, monitoring, and holding the team accountable for customer engagement and quota attainment. Collaboration with Reseller/Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Solution Consultants, and BDRs is crucial for opening doors, closing new business, monitoring account health, maintaining relationships, reducing churn, and growing new business. This role requires a mentor, coach, and an advocate for business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS, leading teams through transformation sales motions.
  • 5+ years in a sales career with distinction and achievement.
  • Proven track record as a team leader selling a suite of products with a channel-assisted motion.
  • Proven ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business, including growing existing install bases and securing net-new logos.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to join AMs on calls and mentor them on effective sales processes.
  • Consistent record in implementing a repeatable sales process to enhance AM efficiency and drive performance results.
  • Experience leading renewals and sales motions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Refine sales motion and evolve account expansion processes to drive consistent team performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account-level plans.
  • Manage the team's sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide team development through skill-building and data analysis.
  • Gather market and customer insights and provide feedback to the product organization.
  • Engage in team selling with channel partners and Product Specialists on large, complex deals.
  • Travel as frequently as needed for marketing events and customer interactions.
  • Identify and support training, career diversification, and growth opportunities for the team.
  • Lead renewals and sales motions.
  • Work cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
