About The Position

The Sr. Sales Enablement Associate is a hands-on role on Kobie’s GTM Enablement team, supporting Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with tools, content, and training to help them communicate Kobie’s value in the loyalty and martech landscape. The position works reactively to support active deals with sales artifacts and proactively to build and maintain the enablement function’s playbooks, battlecards, training resources, and organized content library. Business Development owns winning deals; this role partners with them to support that work. The position has no direct reports. The role produces and maintains deal materials, including RFP and RFI responses, pitch content, and demo support; develops sales messaging and training resources; maintains competitive intelligence and content records; and applies AI tools to improve the speed and quality of enablement work. Success after the first year includes an organized and actively used content library, faster RFx and pitch turnaround, and a set of battlecards and playbooks that Business Development uses regularly. Kobie is a remote-first organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. Teammates may work remotely, and periodic travel may be required for business objectives, team collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events. The role reports into Kobie’s GTM Enablement team.
