Sr. SDR Compensation Details: On Target Earnings: $120,000 + Bonus Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000 Commission: $40,000 - $50,000 Compensation Structure: Paid for (1) Completed Conversations and (2) Qualified Opportunities Closed-Won Bonus: OffDeal customers range from 6 to 7 figures in revenue. A percent of closed-won deals will be paid as a bonus to the Sr. SDR when new business closes. This can add another $50,000 - $100,000 in additional bonus payments annually. Job Location: This is an in-person role based in our New York City office, 5 days per week in office.
