About The Position

Sr. Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) at OffDeal (offdeal.io) Sr. SDR Compensation Details: On Target Earnings: $120,000 + Bonus Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000 Commission: $42,000 - $60,000 Compensation Structure: Paid for (1) Completed Conversations and (2) Qualified Opportunities Closed-Won Bonus: OffDeal customers range from 6 to 7 figures in revenue. A percent of closed-won deals will be paid as a bonus to the Sr. SDR when new business closes. This can add another $50,000 - $100,000 in additional bonus payments annually. Job Location: This is an in-person role based in our New York City office, 5 days per week in office. The SDR will help drive top-of-funnel activity and play a crucial role in turning contacts into opportunities.

Requirements

  • Lives in commutable distance to New York City, and willing to be in office 5 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
  • Will not require citizen sponsorship
  • Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.
  • Outbound cold calling experience of 3+ years

Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: you will have 25 - 40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day
  • Completions & Activations: Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate.
  • Book meetings: Turn initial contact into scheduled intro calls.
  • Follow up: Regularly follow up with “not now” contacts
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing: Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene: Log activities and track lead progress to support team visibility and performance insights (based on the training you will receive)
  • Grow into second-call ownership: As you gain traction, take occasional follow-up calls, a natural ramp toward a Junior Account Executive (AE) role is possible.
