About The Position

Using sound engineering principles, industry best practices, and appropriate engineering tools, the Sr RF Engineer leads the East Region RF Engineering team in evaluating complex engineering requirements and developing practical, cost-effective solutions. The role breaks requirements into key components, identifies critical variables and constraints, evaluates technical and business trade-offs, assesses the practical and strategic impacts of potential solutions, and recommends viable solutions in a timely manner. The position leads and supports venue engineering activities across assigned regions and projects, becoming involved at the earliest stages and remaining actively engaged throughout each site’s lifecycle. The engineer works closely with internal and external customers and stakeholders, communicating technical concepts, recommendations, risks, and trade-offs effectively at all levels. The successful candidate brings extensive experience and demonstrated expertise designing cellular wireless systems for complex venue environments. The role requires strong RF engineering knowledge and the ability to develop technically sound, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and deliver a compelling value proposition. This is a remote role, with on-site or in-person collaboration when needed and regional or national travel that may reach 50%.
