About The Position

We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst who can bridge the gap between numbers and strategy. You’ll be the analytical engine behind our Sales, Renewals, and Finance teams, turning raw data into a crystal ball for our revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Financial Analysis within the SaaS industry.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable stories for executives, sales reps, and marketers.
  • Hyper-detail-oriented, obsessed with accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and renewal data to build and maintain forecasting models.
  • Track deal velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health to improve revenue engine efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for tools like Salesforce and Gong, connecting data across departments.
  • Provide data and analytics to Product Marketing leadership for pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity, identify and fix broken dashboards or messy records.
