About The Position

Hirevue is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between numbers and strategy, acting as the analytical engine for the Sales, Renewals, and Finance teams. The analyst will turn raw data into insights for revenue forecasting, analyze sales and renewal data, build forecasting models, track deal velocity and conversion rates, and serve as a strategic advisor for tools like Salesforce and Gong. The role also involves partnering with Product Marketing on pricing and packaging strategies and maintaining data integrity within the tech stack.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Financial Analysis within the SaaS industry.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable stories for executives, sales reps, and marketers.
  • Hyper-detail-oriented with an obsession for accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales and renewal data to build and maintain forecasting models.
  • Identify risks to revenue forecasting.
  • Track deal velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health to improve revenue engine efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for tools like Salesforce and Gong.
  • Connect data from Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing leadership to provide data and analytics for pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Maintain data integrity and fix broken dashboards or messy records.
