As a Senior Relationship Manager on the Workplace Relationship Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role by building strategic partnerships and providing outstanding customer service to large plan sponsors. The Senior Relationship Manager serves as the primary business owner of a book of complex plans across various plan recordkeepers. This position is responsible for developing and managing an account plan for each client within an assigned book of business that will meet or exceed client expectations while furthering Edelman Financial Engines’ business goals, particularly in areas of client retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Senior Relationship Managers are encouraged to put themselves in the client’s shoes, helping to solve their problems by proposing one of our solutions. In addition to an earnest desire to help people, we are looking for the ideal candidate to complement the team’s existing talents.
