Sr. Regional Sales Manager (West) - Digital Technologies
About The Position
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. The Digital Technologies, U.S. West Leader, will lead commercial execution across the West region, driving customer adoption, pipeline growth, and revenue performance across Medtronic’s digital portfolio. This leader will build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, strengthen regional operating discipline, and partner cross-functionally to execute market strategy and deliver business results. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial leadership, experience in healthcare technology or medical devices, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 3 years in sales leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and driving revenue growth in a complex commercial environment.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region, including occasional short-notice travel.
- Reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region.
- A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
- Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team focused on digital technology growth and commercial excellence in partnership with other Medtronic business units.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue performance.
- Establish clear goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability for results.
- Build and manage pipeline through disciplined field execution and strategic account planning.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success to support launch readiness and market execution.
- Align with field leadership and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and optimize customer coverage.
- Support forecasting, territory planning, business reviews, and operating discipline.
- Serve as a voice of the customer, translating market feedback into actionable business insights.
- Champion change management, training, and adoption of new digital solutions.
- Support strategic account growth and long-term customer success.
