The role As a recruiter at Pendo, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a defined set of roles and teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to source, assess, and close top talent, operating with a high degree of autonomy and shaping how we hire at scale. You are a leading performer who manages independently, anticipates roadblocks, and drives quality hiring outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder searches.
