About The Position

This is a contract role for a Recruiter. The primary duties involve leading and managing full-cycle recruiting for various roles, building relationships with clients and team members, and collaborating with leadership to understand and meet hiring needs. The role also includes managing the interview process, candidate expectations, and preparing offers. The company emphasizes its values (ICARE) and is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • 5 years full cycle recruiting
  • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Have experience developing a pipeline to recruit a diverse slate of candidates
  • Experience with utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools, including proactive phone, internet, and social media research
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
  • Ability to identify appropriate candidates through both behavioral interviewing and technical interviewing
  • Strong experience with preparing offers including evaluation of salaries, RSUs, relocation packages, and signing bonuses
  • Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to analyze hiring and market trends to recommend data-driven solutions
