About The Position

We are looking for highly motivated, full-life cycle recruiters to support Starlink manufacturing, driving the high volume recruiting that unlocks one of the most complex manufacturing operations on earth. We are seeking a creative thinker who can leverage both traditional and non-traditional approaches to identifying excellent talent and has a deep-seated passion for Starlink’s mission to connect the unconnected. Successful candidates will have outstanding communication skills, be self-motivated, hold themselves accountable, have a willingness and drive to manage a demanding high-volume workload, strong presentation skills, and experience working successfully in a team environment. Comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
  • Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Ability to accurately present but not oversell candidates to client groups; influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert on talent but avoid dictating client decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
  • Must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector
  • Experience with in-house recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades (technicians, electricians, facilities, etc.)
  • Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
  • Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
  • Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
  • Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Run a full desk with a variety of duties and responsibilities focused on the sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent candidates to fill mission critical positions.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.
  • Work in teams and focus on collaboration yet require a high degree of autonomy.
  • Show initiative, take responsibility, and run with tasks to completion.
  • Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients.
  • Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication.
  • Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages.
  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions.
