About The Position

Ivo is seeking its first Sr. GTM Recruiter to partner with GTM, Legal, Finance, and Operations leadership to build and scale a world-class organization across all business functions. This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role with significant ownership. The recruiter will be embedded in the business, working directly with hiring leaders across a broad range of functions to hire exceptional people efficiently and with high quality. The role is intentionally broad, requiring the ability to recruit for diverse roles such as commercial contracts attorneys, FP&A specialists, and marketing hires.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with in-house experience required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple business functions, including at least some exposure to legal, finance, or operations hiring.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth startup environment (Series A-C preferred).
  • Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates, not dependent on inbound volume.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility with functional leaders.
  • Data-driven approach: you track your funnel, diagnose drop-off, and iterate.
  • Builder mindset: you take an existing process and make it better, then document it.
  • Strong point of view paired with genuine openness to feedback.
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders simultaneously, context-switching between very different hiring profiles.
  • Passion for recruiting as a craft and for building long-term relationships with top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions, including Legal, Customer Success and Account Management, Marketing, Finance and FP&A, Revenue Operations and Business Operations, People and HR, and Solutions Consulting and Partnerships.
  • Partner with functional leaders on hiring priorities, role definition, and candidate assessment.
  • Lead outbound, passive sourcing with compelling, personalized candidate messaging.
  • Build long-term relationships with top talent across functions and markets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our sourcing strategy, candidate funnel, and interview process.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and drive funnel performance.
  • Help articulate and refine our employer value proposition to senior candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding across platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Influence recruiting tools, systems, and processes as we scale.
