Sr Quality Control Manager
About The Position
The Targets Senior Quality Manager position leads the ESM Targets Quality Team, which currently consists of three manufacturing sites along with tollers and distribution warehouses. This role will also oversee the Quality function at the Spokane, WA manufacturing site. The Senior Quality Manager ensures compliance with internal process/product specifications, customer specifications, and Solstice policies. This position defines, deploys, and assesses effective implementation of the ISO9000 and IATF16949 Quality Management System for the Targets business, and is responsible for supporting any other current / future site certifications. The ideal candidate is well-versed in Quality and Lean Six Sigma tools, such as: Problem Solving, Process & Product Controls, Measurement Systems, Calibration, Lean Manufacturing, and other applicable quality concepts. The candidate makes data-based decisions using industry experience. Requirements
