About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation through completion, primarily focused on Payment Integrity products. The role secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. It manages projects to ensure timely completion according to specifications and within budget, including large, multifaceted projects, with daily technical partnership and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization. The role serves as a top-level project management specialist for technical deployments on the QNXT platform, offering experience-based guidance and mentorship. It adapts project management methodologies to project needs, advises teams and stakeholders on practices and approaches, and applies advanced skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects aligned with organizational objectives. The position approves project plans, budgets, and resource allocations; benchmarks performance against standards and key indicators; checks deliverables, milestones, and timelines; coaches project managers and team members; and consults with stakeholders to establish effective project management frameworks and improve project management capabilities.

Requirements

At least 7 years of project management experience in payment integrity or technical implementations of new products.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 years of experience on a technical project or alignment with the QNXT Aetna commercial platform.
Experience deploying technical implementations.
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or 10+ years of relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist project management guidance and mentorship for technical deployments on the QNXT platform.
Adapt project management methodologies and best practices to the needs of each project.
Advise project teams and stakeholders on project management principles, practices, and approaches to improve outcomes and mitigate risks.
Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects in alignment with organizational objectives.
Approve project plans, budgets, and resource allocations, authorize project initiation, and ensure adherence to governance and standards.
Benchmark project performance against industry standards, best practices, and key performance indicators; identify improvement opportunities.
Review project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to support timely and accurate completion.
Coach and mentor project managers and team members to develop project management skills and professional growth.
Consult and collaborate with stakeholders on project management practices and processes and establish effective project management frameworks.
Manage project resources, budgets, risks, and changes to ensure completion according to specifications and within budget.
