We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Project Manager, Instruments & Accessories . This position will be located in Cincinnati, OH.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments, is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A degree in engineering, medicine, or another technical discipline is appreciated but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments.
  • Formal professional experience in a mix of product lifecycle management, risk management, change control and document control.
  • Experience managing project deliverables and timelines within a project management tool (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools.)
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally between sites.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, or defense is highly preferred.
  • Experience using Airtable and/or Atlassian tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive the team's day to day design and development execution.
  • Track the release of all documents required for Phase Design Reviews and regulatory submissions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project timeline that enables a clear view of deliverable dependencies.
  • Establish processes, templates, and dashboards, and metrics to ensure clear communication and consistency across teams.
  • Set and manage quarterly team goals.
  • Own project risk management including identification of risks and mitigation plans.
  • Support the team's participation in the Change Control process.
  • Engage with suppliers to align on shared expectations and drive accountability.
