About The Position

The Senior Project Manager leads the deployment of IKE interactive digital kiosks in public rights-of-way across assigned U.S. markets, owning projects from siting and permitting through power coordination, construction, activation, and closeout. This role manages contractors, vendors, and consultants, drives schedules and budgets, and serves as a primary point of contact for city agencies, utilities, and internal stakeholders. The right person brings deep construction and infrastructure project management experience, sound judgment in the field, and the ability to keep multiple markets moving at once. This role is based in our West Hollywood office in Los Angeles and is on-site daily, with the opportunity to work remotely one day a week after six months of employment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, telecom, utility, or similar deployment programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors, budgets, and schedules on multiple concurrent projects
  • Working knowledge of permitting, public right-of-way construction, and utility coordination
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with city agencies and utilities
  • Experience with SiteTracker, Salesforce, or a similar project tracking system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with project financial tracking
  • Ability to travel according to business needs

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification or equivalent
  • Experience with small cell, fiber, digital signage, LED, electrical, or streetscape construction
  • Experience leading power make-ready programs with investor-owned utilities
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior project staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of IKE deployments in assigned markets, from site development support and permitting through construction, activation, and closeout
  • Manage general contractors, electricians, and vendors, including bidding, scopes of work, contract negotiation support, scheduling, and performance management
  • Direct permitting strategy and track submittments with our Civil Engineering partners, resolving agency comments and driving approvals across city departments
  • Lead utility coordination and power make-ready efforts with utilities and our Civil Engineering partners, managing applications, easements, energization timelines, and escalations
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting, and maintain accurate project data in SiteTracker
  • Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, and change orders, and manage project financials to budget
  • Coordinate kiosk fabrication, logistics, and delivery with internal teams and manage installation sequencing in market
  • Conduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, and inspections, and manage field issues through resolution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for city agencies, utilities, property owners, and community stakeholders in assigned markets
  • Report project status, risks, and forecasts to leadership and cross-functional partners in Development, Design, Operations, and Finance
  • Mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators and contribute to team processes, templates, and documentation standards
  • Travel to assigned markets according to business needs for site walks, pre-construction meetings, construction oversight, and inspections
