We have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager - Dam Construction Inspection for the Conklingville Dam, Corinth NY. Come join our team! Requirements

  • Candidate must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Must have experience in dam construction and inspection.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale projects
  • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a role of Senior Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.

Responsibilities

  • Act as EIC for the projects, performing inspections, documenting inspections, running biweekly and pre-evolution meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between design, construction, the client and regulating authorities.
  • Keep accurate project record documents and ensure that the contractors remain on schedule and within the budget.
  • Follow all procedures to ensure that the contract is completed in accordance with the contract, laws and regulations.
  • Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, and quality.
  • Experience coordinating with designers handling any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility
  • Full knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor’s payment application
