Sr. Program Scheduler

Saronic Technologies•Austin, TX

About The Position

Saronic Technologies develops autonomous and intelligent maritime platforms. Field Quality Services supports its deployed fleet through customer vessel support and retrofits, inspections, corrective actions, NOEs, Service Bulletins, and IRB/RCCA investigations. Because field issues often require coordination among multiple organizations, the Senior Program Scheduler connects the work and owns the plans, schedules, dependencies, and follow-through that move Field Quality findings from identification through verified closure. Technical owners determine what work must happen; the Senior Program Scheduler ensures that participants know when it will happen, who owns it, what it depends on, and whether it is on track. This is a new role in a developing Field Quality organization, with the opportunity to help establish the operating rhythm, tools, and management systems the team will use as it grows. The role works alongside the Field Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, and Field Quality Engineers and Inspectors. It owns program planning, schedules, dependency and action tracking, resource coordination, execution visibility, and cross-functional follow-through, while technical ownership remains with the appropriate Quality or Engineering lead. Travel to field sites and customer locations may be required up to 10%, and off-hours or weekend support may be needed during vessel availability windows, if applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of program scheduling, project control, or program coordination experience in aerospace, defense, maritime, automotive, or similar hardware/manufacturing environments.

  • Ability to manage many concurrent activities with shifting priorities.
  • U.S. Person status may be required for access to export-controlled information or items, if applicable.
