Sr. Program Scheduler

Saronic Technologies•Austin, TX

About The Position

Saronic Technologies is hiring a Senior Program Scheduler for its Field Quality Services organization, which supports its deployed fleet through customer vessel support, retrofits, inspections, corrective actions, NOEs, Service Bulletins, and IRB/RCCA investigations. The scheduler will coordinate the planning and execution that moves field findings and corrective actions from identification through verified closure. Technical owners determine the required work; the scheduler makes schedules, owners, dependencies, and progress visible and helps ensure work stays on track. This is a new role in a Field Quality organization that is still being built. The Senior Program Scheduler will help establish the operating rhythm, tools, workflows, and management systems the team can scale. The role coordinates across Quality, Mission Operations, Engineering, Programs, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Warranty/Customer Support, and field and retrofit teams, while technical ownership remains with the appropriate Quality or Engineering lead. The position requires travel of up to 10% to field sites and customer locations, and may require off-hours or weekend support during vessel availability windows, if applicable. Physical demands include prolonged sitting and computer work; occasional standing and walking; keyboard and office-equipment use; visual work with screens and documents; occasional reaching, bending, or stooping; and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 pounds.
