We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to drive cross-functional Program Management for key Ad Sales Technology initiatives. This role will act as a strategic, data-driven program lead, bringing operational rigor and innovative approaches to effectively orchestrate cross-team collaboration, execution, and change management across Enterprise Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and Ad Sales teams. The ideal candidate brings multiple years of experience owning end-to-end programs from inception through launch and is comfortably driving alignment across both business and technology stakeholder groups, including senior leadership. We seek proactive Program Managers skilled in working in ambiguity, developing innovative solutions, and identifying risks before they develop. Existing domain experience within Ad Sales Technology, and specifically Programmatic or Digital Ad Server Integrations development, is preferred.
