About The Position

Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager for the Advantage business to drive new initiatives and develop insights from business data to drive the program forward. This Senior Program Manager should excel in communication, are self-motivated, adaptable, and possess strong prioritization abilities, as this role combines strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Responsibilities

• Own the discussions for Advantage vendor availability, supply chain inputs and financial outputs - you'll be the go-to expert, ensuring our operations are optimized for maximum effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and vendor teams to streamline processes, enhance vendor experience, and drive innovative initiatives.
• Partner with finance, BI, and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain robust metrics - your insights will uncover new business opportunities for growth and guide the overall trajectory of the program.
• Inform key stakeholders and provide recommendations to leadership on the Advantage business through your data-driven analysis.
