Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Active Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience.
Experience with electronic and/or mechanical assembly, including wiring, soldering, component installation, or cable harnessing.
Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, measuring equipment, math, BOMs, and work order tracking systems.
Must be able to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PA.

Responsibilities

Perform complex production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, Bills of Material, and work instructions.
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and hardware integration.
Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and support final assembly of small systems.
Conduct basic electrical testing, inspection, rework, and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Follow established methods, techniques, sequencing, and quality standards throughout the production process.
