You’ll be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay — the heartbeat of our global marketplace. This team owns the end-to-end seller journey, from onboarding and listing to selling and fulfillment, operating at massive scale across 190+ markets and billions of listings. We build foundational platforms and experiences that enable sellers to operate efficiently while maintaining trust, compliance, and performance at global scale. As eBay continues to evolve commerce, eBay Live represents a new selling approach — real-time, interactive, and dedicated to engaging material. Live selling introduces unique platform challenges around latency, inventory consistency, pricing, trust, payments, and scale that require deep technical collaboration and thoughtful product leadership. As a Sr Product Manager for Selling Experience, you will be responsible for the seller-facing platform and experience strategy that powers live commerce globally. This role is at the intersection of experience build and core platform capabilities. It requires you to think beyond individual features and build reusable, extensible systems that serve Live while strengthening the broader eBay seller ecosystem. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, data, and infrastructure teams to define product requirements that translate into scalable services, APIs, and workflows, ensuring eBay Live can operate reliably in real time while integrating with core eBay systems. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that blends product craft, technical fluency, platform thinking, and strategic execution.
