Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years of product marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Domain Expertise: A deep understanding of the resilience, data protection, or AI market. You know who the players are, where the gaps lie, and how to win.
  • Storytelling: A proven ability to take "under-the-hood" technology and turn it into a simple, emotional, and urgent business story. You know how to rise above the noise.
  • Execution: A track record of owning end-to-end GTM initiatives that activate every corner of the business—from engineering and sales to product management and the executive board.
  • The Growth Mindset: A high-ownership, high-energy mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration is the default and velocity is the goal.

Responsibilities

  • Translate the Tech: Take complex technical insights and product capabilities and turn them into a compelling story that disrupts the market.
  • Master the Chess Board: Maintain a relentless pulse on the competitive landscape. Ensure our positioning is always steps ahead of market shifts.
  • Boardroom to Basement: Refine a value proposition that resonates with deep-track technical practitioners and non-technical C-Suite executives alike.
  • Execute High-Velocity Launches: Lead high-impact product launches that cement our status as a category leader. You focus on market-moving events over routine updates.
  • Build the "Win" Engine: Create the sales tools, playbooks, and competitive battlecards that empower a global sales force to neutralize the competition and win big.
  • Fuel the Pipeline: Partner with Demand Gen to build programmatic campaigns that go beyond "awareness" to drive real, measurable conversion and revenue.
