As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector Segment, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth across NinjaOne's Federal, State, Local, and Education (SLED) audiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Marketing to ensure our storytelling, campaigns, and enablement efforts resonate with government IT buyers of all sizes and mission types. This role blends strategy and storytelling, requiring both a deep understanding of public sector buying environments and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into mission-aligned outcomes that help government agencies modernize, secure, and scale their IT operations. You'll report to the Director of Downstream Product Marketing and serve as the primary owner of Public Sector audience messaging that powers campaigns, content, events, and enablement. Location - We are flexible on hybrid/remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, or WA. Preference will be given to candidates based in VA or MD or those willing to relocate unassisted. Travel Requirement: Up to 40% representing NinjaOne at key industry events, product launches, and government customer engagements.
