About The Position

The Senior Product Manager, Global Token Products owns end-to-end product management for a portfolio of Visa Token Service (VTS) initiatives, spanning strategy, prioritization, requirements, and delivery. The role focuses on accelerating global tokenized-commerce growth by addressing adoption and performance gaps with strategic partners, and defining and building token-native products for emerging payment experiences, including new wallet form factors, autonomous or agentic commerce, and evolving credential standards. The position also supports priorities across the broader Token Products roadmap. This is a seasoned product management role with ownership of product workstreams, roadmaps, and cross-cutting initiatives. The product manager drives work from market assessment and business-case development through requirements, roadmap definition, consumer experience, technical delivery, launch, and performance measurement. The role works closely with engineering, architecture, analytics, design, legal and compliance, and commercial teams in a highly matrixed global organization, balancing regional and global opportunities and influencing direct and indirect teams. The role requires at least three days in the office, with the specific days confirmed by the hiring manager. Work hours vary according to department needs, and travel is required 5–10% of the time. The position is performed in an office setting.
