About The Position

SAI360 is seeking a healthcare subject matter expert in product management to serve as a domain authority on how healthcare organizations manage governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and ethics programs. The role translates real-world regulatory and operational needs into user stories, requirements, and product roadmap input, and engages directly with customers and prospects to explain how the platform can address their challenges. The position works with Product Managers to develop and prioritize requirements, and partners with UX and Engineering to validate product designs against healthcare practices. It also supports Sales and Customer Success, contributes to product documentation and training, and shares regulatory and industry insights through thought leadership activities. The position is remote-first and offers a base salary of $125,000 to $150,000 annually, plus eligibility for applicable bonus programs.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, audit, or a related GRC function within health systems, payers, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services organizations.
Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and frameworks such as HIPAA, the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and HITRUST or similar security frameworks.
Ability to write clear user stories, requirements, or process documentation.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience engaging directly with customers or prospects in discovery sessions, workshops, or presentations.

Nice To Haves

Experience with GRC software platforms or working alongside them in a compliance or risk role.
Familiarity with Agile product development and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
Certifications such as CHC, CHPC, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or CHRC.
Experience in product management, business analysis, or solution consulting.
Experience with enterprise customers across multiple healthcare sub-sectors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on healthcare GRC needs, including regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, third-party and vendor risk, policy management, audit, and ethics and compliance programs.
Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements reflecting healthcare organizations' operations, and partner with Product Managers to prioritize them.
Translate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS, OIG compliance program guidance, FDA, and state-level requirements, into product capabilities.
Conduct customer and prospect discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
Validate product designs and prototypes against healthcare industry practices and provide feedback to UX and Engineering teams.
Monitor regulatory changes, industry trends, and competitive developments in healthcare compliance and risk management, and share insights across the organization.
Support Sales and Customer Success teams with domain-specific guidance during evaluations, implementations, and renewals.
Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and thought leadership initiatives such as blogs, webinars, and conference presentations.
