About The Position

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the long-term strategy and vision for enterprise corporate applications across Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, HRIS, and Legal/CLM. You will lead a team of Product Managers/Owners, guiding them through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch while ensuring alignment with company-wide business objectives and a high return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 8+ years of full lifecycle product ownership & development experience delivering enterprise platforms with cross functional execution
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience leading Product Managers (or equivalent product leaders) with accountability for delivering business outcomes
  • Functional fluency in U.S. accounting and finance best practices (e.g., Procure to Pay, Lead to Cash, record to report, financial close, internal controls, audit readiness) and experience delivering enterprise platform outcomes through ERP/Financials, HRIS/HCM, CLM, and related ecosystems
  • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, outcome-based roadmaps, prioritization, and tradeoffs in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven ERP implementation product leadership experience, including functional design, automation, and value realization (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials, NetSuite)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable outcomes across one or more of the following domains: ERP / Financials and Accounting systems HRIS / HCM platforms CLM solutions & Supply Chain and Procurement systems
  • Strong experience in functional process design and automation, translating finance, accounting, HR, or supply chain processes into scalable system solutions
  • Functional fluency in finance and accounting processes, including financial close, internal controls, and audit readiness
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture on platform strategy, integration patterns, and technology tradeoffs
  • Experience defining, tracking, and communicating delivery and outcome metrics, including predictability, adoption, efficiency gains, and value realization
  • Proven experience modernizing legacy corporate platforms, reducing manual processes, controls, and spreadsheet driven workflows

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in REIT, tower, telecom, or asset intensive industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy for corporate applications, aligning Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR, and Legal stakeholder priorities to an outcome‑based roadmap
  • Make prioritization and tradeoff decisions across scope, timeline, compliance, cost, and technical debt to maximize business value
  • Define success through measurable outcomes such as: Increased AP/AR automation, improved PO compliance, reduced P2P/O2C cycle time Reduced close cycle time, improved reconciliation accuracy, fewer audit issues Improved HR process efficiency and employee experience (HRIS) Reduced contract cycle time, improved obligation tracking and compliance (CLM)
  • Establish product KPIs, instrumentation, and reporting to ensure outcomes are realized—not just delivered
  • Lead discovery with stakeholders to clarify business problems, constraints, and desired outcomes
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and scalable solution designs
  • Drive delivery through strong cross‑functional partnership with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data teams, and vendors/integrators
  • Lead major initiatives such as ERP/Financials transformation, HRIS/HCM evolution, CLM implementation or enhancement, and enterprise integrations
  • Own value realization plans including adoption, change enablement inputs, training needs, and post‑implementation optimization
  • Ensure data migration, integrations, reporting impacts, and controls are addressed as part of product scope
  • Apply working knowledge of enterprise finance and accounting process, internal controls, SOX considerations, and audit readiness to product decisions
  • Ensure solutions support core Finance and Accounting capabilities, including: Record‑to‑report, close management, journal controls, reconciliations Procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash processes Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting workflows
  • Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational fit
  • Demonstrate understanding of core enterprise technologies (ERP ecosystems, integration patterns, master data, workflow automation, reporting/analytics)
  • Influence technical decision‑making by articulating trade-offs, long‑term maintainability, and business impact
  • Collaborate with Security and Compliance to ensure controls, access models, and audit requirements are designed into solutions
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers; set standards for product craft, accountability, and stakeholder partnership
  • Coach PMs on discovery, persona‑driven design, outcome measurement, roadmap clarity, and disciplined delivery
  • Promote a value‑driven, product‑led culture within corporate applications
